How much does it cost to go to Passport Camp?

Actual Cost of Camp- $423.00 per camper

Deposit- $200.00 to hold your slot

Total final cost to CBC Youth- FREE!

Here’s how it works: Through generous donations at our annual spaghetti dinner and dessert auction, we are able to send all of our youth to camp free of charge! However, in order to reserve your spot, you must turn in a deposit check for $200.00. This check will not be deposited but will be returned to you (or destroyed) the day that we leave for camp. If you find that you are unable to attend camp after turning in your deposit, we will make every effort to fill your slot. If we cannot find a replacement, the $200.00 check will be deposited to help offset the money the church has paid for your spot.

Spots will be filled on a first-come-first serve basis so turn in your deposit ASAP! To reserve your space or if you have any questions Contact Us

PASSPORT isn’t a show that campers passively watch; it is an experience that is better because of their participation.

PASSPORT encourages students to participate and lead all week in Bible studies, on mission sites, and during worship and evening parties. Your students may begin to realize that they are not just the future of the church; they are the church!

PASSPORT is committed to providing an ecumenical interdenominational camp  experience. We believe there is something unique and holy when groups from different denominational backgrounds come together for worship and community. Throughout the week, we will learn from each other, practice flexibility and sharing grace with each other, and see the beautiful diversity in the Family of God.
